Papers & Printing

Digital Printing-

Let's go modern with digital printing! Digital printing is simply sending an image directly from the computer to the printer using digital files. Digital press, laser, and ink-jet printing are known as digital printing- all methods we use in our studio. Since there is no need to create a printing plate, it makes digital printing the most cost effective solution with the quickest turnaround which makes it our most popular printing solution. As opposed to letterpress options, we are able to print an unlimited amount of colors without relying on burning separate plates.

Digital Printing Paper options-

With our digitally printed stationery, you are able to choose between a 'matte white' or a 'metallic white' cardstock. Both print rich and beautifully, it is more of a visual preference of the sheen of the paper's surface.

'Matte' cardstock is 130# thick and has almost a velvety, earthy texture. It is made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials.

'Metallic' cardstock is 107# thick and has a lovely pearlescent sheen that can glam up any design. This rich, luminous effect is achieved by combining natural minerals with organic pigments.

Letterpress Printing-

Oh yes, keeping' it old school with letterpress! Letterpress is an antique style of printing that requires a huge printing press, hand-set lead type (or polymer plates nowadays---which is what we use), rollers, ink, and the most luxuriously beautiful paper ever. Why is there a color limit with letterpress? Well, each color requires an entirely separate plate, set up, and run just for that is that color---but it's soooo worth it!

With our letterpress printed stationery, you are able to choose between 'thick cotton' and 'super thick cotton' letterpress paper.

'Cotton Letterpress Paper' is 118# thick brilliant white cotton

'Super Thick Cotton Letterpress Paper' is 236# thick brilliant white cotton
