How to order your perfect invitation:

1.   Pick a Rad Design: Choose the design that you feel best represents your personal style and the style of your wedding. We have a wide variety of designs from the classic & elegant to sleek & modern to fun & whimsical. 

2.  Make it Yours: Personalize your design by telling us what type of paper you would like, the colors you would like us to design in, and the wording that you feel fits best.

3.  Add Additional Cards:  To add an insert card (for directions, accommodations, or whatever you need) or rsvp, you can conveniently add these with your invitation design. You have the option to have your rsvp as a postcard or in an envelope. 

4.  Choose Your "Add-Ons":  if you would like to make your invitation more deluxe, choose from our variety of add on products from layers to pocket folds. want something simpler? the single cards look great too, or maybe just a layer!

5.  We do the Rest! once you complete your order with all the items to build your perfect invitation, we will send you a proof within 48 hours with everything mocked up digitally. we include up to 2 rounds of revisions on your design in the price. Once your design is perfect- we begin printing and assembly. yes, we do it all---your invitations will come to you completely ready to go.  please give us 2 weeks for assembly once your proof is approved.

How do I order a sample of your invitations?

Since we offer such a wide variety of sample items, we created a super awesome sample kit for your ordering pleasure! It comes stacked with all of our great printing processes, papers, and is presented in the same format as a finished invitation in our signature Pocket Fold. 

Sorry, we do not keep samples of each invitation on hand.

The Envelopments Mini Deck swatch book is also available for purchase if you would like to see the all of the available colors.

 Can you design a custom invitation for me?

Of course we can! Our cutsom design fee is $200  and includes an over the phone consultation to get an idea of what you are looking for. Send us some examples of what you are thinking, a link to your pinterest board or just let us know what your overall theme/feeling is for the wedding or event. Our custom design turn around really just depends on how much information you give us the first time we chat so that we don't have to go back and forth too much. The custom design fee comes with 3 up to 3 rounds of revisions. We will give you a custom quote for the stationery suite that you are looking to create, and the sky is the limit. You will not be limited to the sizes and products that we offer on the site. Go ahead, give us a challenge and let us create something for you that will be one of a kind.

 

Can I have a photo designed and printed onto the invitations?

Sure thing! Some of the designs will work for this better than others but if you want us to design one of the invitations with your photo, just let us know if the 'printing colors and special requests' field and then send your image to hello@dearampersand.com-- Make sure that your image is 300 DPI and that you have a print release from the photographer that took the image. We cannot use images from a website or facebook.

 

Can I have order just the add-on materials from you without ordering an invitation? Absolutely! We set up the site specifically so that you can order our add-ons a la carte. Just go to the add-ons page and select the quantity and let us know the color that you want. For paper stocks, if you choose what they are for we will send them as full sheets. If you want full 8.5x11 sheets of our cardstocks, please just order double the amount that you need. Our prices are for getting 2 out of a letter sheet since that is how we cut it when you order pieces for your invitation.

 

Can you create signage, place cards and other printed products to go with one of your designs?

You Betcha! Let us know what you're thinking and we'll get you a quote. If you want these products with a custom design, you will only get charged the custom design fee once for the whole suite and you can add any products that you want.

 

The color that I want is not on your swatches page- can I have other printing colors?

Of course you can! We can print any color you desire. Our swatches are a great place to start- especially if you want the ink color to match the paper products. However, if you don't see your perfect 'Celadon' or 'Mustard Yellow'- just let us know if your printing colors and special requests section. Some of the ways that you can tell us the exact color are by sending us a link to an image of your bridesmaids dresses or something that you want us to match. Also, If you understand a thing or two about color matching and have access to a Pantone color book, you can send us the PMS number for the color that you want. If you have plenty of time you can even mail us a fabric swatch or go to your local home improvement store and pick out a paint swatch and send us one to match. Of course we can only guarantee our signature colors, but we are very confident in our color matching skills!

 

Can I get different products from the Envelopments line that aren't featured in your add-ons?

Being Envelopments Dealers/Designers, we can definitely get you any of the hundreds of colors and products from their line. We have had to simplify what we feature on our site, but we would be happy to work with you and create the perfect invitation for you. If it is just a different color or pattern that you fancy, we will make the switch for you free of charge. Just type the color that you want in the 'choose your color' field and we will contact you if there is a problem. If you want different sized products or pieces that will require our designers to completely re-format your design, we will have to handle that like a custom job which is an additional $200 design fee. If you are unsure as to whether or not the change that you desire would require the custom design fee, contact us before you place your order and we will help you out.

Can I change the wording on your design?

That's the beauty of customization! Don't worry about how it will be laid out- that's what we are here for. Most designs can be modified to accommodate any wording that you come up with and our designs have sample wording just so that you can get ideas of how others have done it in the past. There are some designs that can accommodate a lot of text better than others, but we will do what it takes to make your custom wording look spectacular and legible. Don't worry, you will be able to see exactly how it will look in the proofing stage and if you change your mind after seeing the first proof, that is totally fine! We also have a lot of great help and examples of traditional wording etiquette for you to study.

 

What is your turn-around time?

Once you place your order, you will receive a digital proof within 2 business days. You will be allowed 2 rounds of revisons from this point so make sure to leave as much feedback as possible in the first proofing stage. Once you approve the final design, your order will ship within 2 weeks. We will get them out to you as soon as possible, however there are several factors that will contribute to your turn around time including how quickly your correspondence is on the proofs, and whether or not we have the needed materials in stock.

 

Can I get my order rushed?

If you need your invitations, "like STAT!" please give contact us before you place your order. Just letting us know, and checking to see what we already have in stock can ensure the fastest turn around time without having to pay our rush order fee. One way to get your order faster is by choosing white envelopes since we always keep them fully stocked. If  you need it even faster and we don't happen to have your materials on hand, we can do a 'super dooper rush order' for you for a flat rate of $150. This does not include shipping, you will still have the option to choose the shipping method of your choice.

What do you charge for shipping?

We are still working on finding the best shipping solution but for now:
